Can I Cancel My Order?

To ensure fast processing and delivery, orders are sent to our fulfillment center immediately after confirmation.

For this reason, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been placed.

Please carefully check your items, sizes, and shipping details before completing your order.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

In accordance with European consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have another 14 days to return the product.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, non-personalized items must:

  • Be unworn and unused
  • Be in original condition
  • Be returned in original packaging
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

If you cannot find your order confirmation, we can usually verify your purchase through your email address or order number.

Return Eligibility

Non-personalized items may be returned within 30 days after delivery and are eligible for a refund or store credit, provided they meet the return conditions. Personalized items are considered final sale and are not returnable. For international orders, items may also be returned within 30 days after delivery, but returns are eligible for store credit only.

** Personalized products are excluded from the withdrawal right under EU law.

Extended Holiday Return Period

Orders placed between November 12 and December 25 may be returned within 60 days after delivery.

Personalized Items

Personalized or custom-made jewelry cannot be returned if you change your mind.

However, they are fully covered under our Quality Promise.

If an item has a manufacturing or production defect, we will replace it free of charge.

Costs & Fees

Within the EU

The direct cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or delivered incorrectly.

Any original shipping costs will be refunded in accordance with legal requirements (standard delivery).

International Orders

We currently do not provide prepaid return labels.

Approved returns are processed as store credit only.

Shipping costs and import duties are not refundable.

Any administrative or processing fees will be communicated in advance.

How Do I Request a Return?

To start a return:

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • The reason for the return

If your return qualifies, you will receive further instructions.

Once we receive and inspect the item, you will receive email confirmation of approval or rejection.

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method and usually appear within 5–14 business days, depending on your bank.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

Our Quality Promise

If your jewelry arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos.

We will repair, replace, or refund the item free of charge.
